Terms and Conditions

  1. Central Japan Connection is not liable for damages or losses resulting from force majeure events, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, pandemics, changes in laws, or governmental interventions that may cause suspension, interruption, or delay of the Service.
  2. Users understand that technical issues such as network failures, system maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances may result in interruptions or delays in the Service. Central Japan Connectionis not responsible for any damages or losses arising from such incidents.
  3. Central Japan Connection does not guarantee:
    • The usefulness, completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of the information provided by the Service.
    • That the information provided does not infringe upon third-party rights.
    • The continued existence of the Service in the future.

Article 6 (Notifications from Central Japan Connection )

  2. When an email is sent to the registered email address, the notification is considered delivered once recorded on the mail server.
  3. Central Japan Connection is not responsible for any damages incurred due to a user’s failure to check notifications.

Article 7 (Disputes with Third Parties)

  1. If a dispute arises between a user and a third party regarding the Service, the user shall resolve it at their own expense and responsibility, and Central Japan Connection shall bear no liability.
